Hussein Abu Taleb is a training specialist in the Learning & Development Department at Aspire for Training Solutions.
Mr. Hussein has Six years of experience in the field of training in each of the three main sectors; Community, Youth and Corporate. He leads many projects with well known NGOs such as, PDF, Caritas Egypt, Care, Plan international. He also works as a facilitator for the International Labor Organization ILO and OSH Training in both the design and development of their training programs. He has a certified trainer certificate from the Canadian Training Center of Human Development.

Mr. Hussein holds a Diploma in Educational Psychology and Behavioral Learning Patterns from the Psychology Department at Ain Shams University. He also holds a diploma in mental health and positive education funded by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, as well as a certificate from ASPIRE and ICF as a certified Career Coach.

Mr. Hussein has two years of experience at the University Career Center for Development Program UCCD. Funded by USAID & AUC, this is a Project that exists within 12 Government Universities. Its goal is to support undergraduate students through training and technical programs (Art of Sealing and Customer Service) to develop their practical career and life skills.
Mr. Hussein has participated in the training of upward 2500 students on an intensive training program that includes many training topics including “Self-Knowledge”, “How to Deal With Others”, “Communication Skills”, “Listening” “Presentation Skills” and “How to Solve Problems”.

The program works to qualify students through training to find out more about their interest and tendencies to understand what distinguishes them from others. This helps as a beginning to put students on the path of career development before graduation.
As a trainer, he has over six years of experience in multiple disciplines, where he currently trains on various topics such as entrepreneurial leadership, leadership development, communication, team engagement and bonding, time management, life balance, strategic planning for enterprises, presentation skills, delegation, decision making and problem solving, negotiation, training of trainers, innovation and creativity, vision and mission development, character development, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and employability skills. His unique spirit and sense of humor make him able to easily break the ice with different types of audience.

Over the last five years, he has trained over 6500 participants, 2000 in various private sector companies from diverse backgrounds and levels including senior and middle management, as well as around 2000 factory laborers on their rights and responsibilities and also occupational safety and hygiene according to law no.12 for 2003.
