In this module, we move from an individual perspective to a team perspective of motivation.

This module will help participants identify three prevailing cultures within teams and how different forms of motivation play a crucial role within each of these cultures.

This module will provide participants with a deeper understanding of the importance of setting a clear direction for a team.
